Mince in our beef boxes is a luscious ration of 25-30% fat. For those who prefer a leaner option we have lean mince packs at 15-20% fat.
Mince is packaged in butcher bags of 1kg potions and will be delivered frozen. For food safety it must be kept frozen and should be defrosted in the fridge. Delivery is free in the Huon Valley and Hobart area. Delivery is anticipated to be on Saturday 28 November. However, final delivery date will be dictated by the processing facility, we will advise details by text message once confirmed.
