100% grass fed beef, bred and grown on farm in Geeveston.
Boxes are made up proportionally to the whole body. The 30kg box include premium steaks, roasts, minute/sizzle steaks, casserole cuts, sausages and mince. Mince in our beef boxes is a luscious 70/30 ratio of meat to fat. If you like a lean mince to, we have 20kg Lean Mince Packs available.
Boxes will be made up of approximately:
- 10% Steaks
- 10% Roasts
- 25% Slow cook/casserole
- 55% Mince & sausages
Beef will be delivered frozen. For food safety it must be kept frozen and should be defrosted in the fridge. Mince & sausages should be eaten in 2 months, other cuts within 8 months. For more information on food safety please see Meat and Livestock Australia’s Food safety in the home resource.
Delivery is free in the Huon Valley and Hobart area. Delivery is anticipated to be on Sunday 5 December. However, final delivery date will be dictated by the processing facility, we will advise details by text message once confirmed.
