You are paying a non-refundable deposit for a beef box delivered in the second week of December 2026.
The balance will be invoiced two weeks prior to delivery and due by Monday 23 November.
100% grass fed beef, bred and grown on farm in Geeveston.
Boxes are made up proportionally to the whole body. The boxes include premium steaks, roasts, minute/sizzle steaks, casserole cuts, sausages and mince. Mince in our beef boxes is a luscious 70/30 ratio of meat to fat. If you like a lean mince too, we have 20kg Lean Mince Packs available.
Boxes will be made up of approximately:
- 10% Steaks
- 10% Roasts
- 25% Slow cook/casserole
- 55% Mince & sausages
Beef will be portioned in cryovac packaging, mince sausages and casserole/slow-cook cuts will be delivered frozen. For food safety it must be kept frozen and should be defrosted in the fridge. Delivery is free in the Huon Valley, Kinston and Hobart area. Delivery is anticipated to be on Sunday 6 December. However, final delivery date will be dictated by the processing facility, we will advise details by text message once confirmed.
